Do you charge buyers or renters any fee?
No. Buyers and renters never pay Dwarka Bricks anything. Our agents earn a one-time brokerage from the owner only when a deal closes — typically 1 month's rent for rentals, or 1% of sale value for purchases, paid by the seller. There are no platform charges, contact fees or paid leads.
How quickly can I see a property?
Once you contact a listing, the agent receives your details on WhatsApp instantly. Most visits are scheduled within 24–48 hours, often the same day if the unit is vacant. We always confirm the appointment with the owner before showing up.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your name, phone and message go directly to the agent who owns that listing — no call centre in between. The agent reaches out personally on WhatsApp or by phone, answers your questions, and arranges a visit if you'd like one. You'll always know who you're dealing with.
