Dwarka Bricks ("we", "us", "our") operates dwarkabricks.com, a platform connecting property buyers and renters directly with verified local agents in Dwarka, Delhi. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using dwarkabricks.com, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• 1.Information you give us directly. When you contact an agent about a listing, submit the general contact form, or tell us about a property you want to list, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided) and any message you write. Agents provide additional information (business details, property photos, listing descriptions) when they publish listings through their account.
• 2.Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location at a city level, device type, referring site). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• 3.Information stored on your device. To power the "recommended for you" listings, we store your recent searches, filters and viewed listings in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to our servers as an identified profile, and is used only to match you against listings you browse in that same browser. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How we use your information

• To connect you with the specific agent responsible for a listing you contacted — your enquiry details are shared with that agent only, so they can reach you directly.
• To let agents manage their own listings, view their own leads, and track basic performance (views, enquiries) inside their account dashboard.
• To respond to general enquiries sent through the contact form or "list your property" form.
• To understand overall site usage and improve the product (via aggregated analytics).
• To detect and prevent abuse of public forms (for example, spam submissions).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers. When you contact a listing, your name, phone number and message are shared with the agent who owns that listing, because that is the entire point of the enquiry — putting you in direct contact with them. We use Google (Firebase and Google Analytics) as an infrastructure and analytics provider; Google processes data on our behalf under its own data processing terms. We do not use a call centre, and enquiries are never routed through or resold to unrelated third-party brokers.

Cookies and similar technology

The site uses essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in (for agent accounts) and to remember your recent searches (for the recommendation feature described above). Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will not prevent you from browsing listings, but may affect saved searches and agent sign-in.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — typically, for the duration a listing remains active plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Agent account data is retained for the life of the account and deleted on request or on account closure, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information (subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain certain records). Children's privacy

Dwarka Bricks is intended for use by adults seeking to buy, rent, sell or let property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls that restrict lead and contact data to the relevant agent and platform administrators only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
