Terms of service

These terms govern your use of dwarkabricks.com. By browsing listings, submitting an enquiry, or creating an agent account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Dwarka Bricks is

Dwarka Bricks is a listings platform that connects buyers and renters directly with verified local agents covering Dwarka, Delhi. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or tenancy agreement made between a visitor and an agent or property owner, and we do not hold, transfer or handle any money as part of a transaction. Buyers and renters never pay Dwarka Bricks a fee to browse listings or contact an agent.

Listings and accuracy

We ask every agent to physically verify a property before publishing it and to keep pricing and availability current. That said:

• Listing details (price, availability, specifications, photographs) are provided by the listing agent and are subject to change without notice.
• We do not independently verify legal title, ownership, encumbrances, RERA registration status, or the accuracy of every stated fact on a listing, and we make no warranty as to any of these.
• Before entering into any agreement, you should independently verify property title, approvals and documentation — ideally with your own legal counsel — and treat all figures as indicative until confirmed directly with the agent.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that we believe is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or in breach of these terms.

Agents on the platform

Agent accounts are created by the Dwarka Bricks team only — there is no public self-registration. Agents agree to list only properties they have the authority to market, to represent pricing and availability honestly, and to respond to enquiries in good faith. We may suspend or remove an agent's access at our discretion, including for publishing inaccurate listings, misusing visitor contact information, or other conduct inconsistent with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries through any form on the site.
• Scrape, systematically copy, or republish listing data without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site, agent accounts, or the underlying systems.
• Use contact details obtained through the platform for unrelated marketing or unsolicited outreach.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Third-party services and links

The site links out to and embeds third-party services — including WhatsApp for direct messaging, Google Maps for property location, and YouTube for video tours. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Intellectual property

The Dwarka Bricks name, logo and site design belong to us. Listing photographs and descriptions are provided by agents, who are responsible for having the rights to use and publish them. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use site content for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and its listings are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwarka Bricks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a transaction, dispute, or dealing between a visitor and an agent or property owner, from reliance on information published by an agent, or from the unavailability or inaccuracy of any part of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
